• Has an anti-microbial top coating and a pre-attached EVA underlayment for a quieter warmer floor
• Can be installed in virtually any room in the home or business including kitchens, bathrooms and basements, or other high-traffic areas such as a living room or den
• Quick and easy to install with no acclimation waiting time – planks are extra rigid and can be installed over most existing subfloors with no sub-floor telegraphing concerns (follow installation instructions for further information regarding individual applications)
• Does not require glue, nails or underlayment for installation – to cut the product simply score with a utility knife and snap it
• Installation span can be 80 feet in length and 80 feet in width without transitions
• Easily cleaned by sweeping or using a wet mop
